We could be hanging with our favorites
or riding on a carousel for the very first time
On this day we decided to hike indoors to get out of the heat. If you have not been to the world's largest children's museum, it's exhaustingly (not a word, but works) fun. With the exception of one giant puddle of pee in the middle of the cafeteria and two small people who broke out in anxiety attacks inside a very long, dark tunnel, we three managed to clean up pee, cram bodies through tunnel (including the mama's), ride a plane to Egypt, walk through a moving train, become mesmerized in Lego land, and race cars in Hot Wheel World. Not our typical hiking outing, but a treat for the wee people, and for the mama, who got to spend time watching these two
move through rooms of kid joy.
